Today I attended JobFest 2025 at Arfa Karim Tower, organized by Nexskills Trainings, along with Sir Nabeel Khan and Hasnain Azhar. Even though I just went there casually, I ended up learning a lot. As a startup founder, it genuinely felt great to see how many companies were not just offering jobs but also investing in learning and growth opportunities for students and young professionals. That mindset of building talent instead of just hiring it is what keeps the ecosystem alive.
Walking around and meeting people reminded me how much potential our youth actually has. The energy, curiosity, and drive were all there. Events like these make you realize how much innovation is quietly growing in Pakistan. It just needs the right direction and encouragement.
I really liked seeing startups and established companies sharing the same space and creating a bridge between learning and industry. This kind of exposure is something every student should experience early in their journey.
Big shoutout to Nexskills Trainings for organizing such an engaging event and providing a space where ideas, talent, and opportunities come together.
