The pressure to memorize and chase grades made me lose interest in learning.
It wasn’t that I didn’t want to study. I just wanted to understand things beyond textbooks.
After board exams, I was scrolling my phone when a simple question came to mind:
How do these apps and websites work? Who builds them?
That moment changed everything for me.
I started exploring web development and graphic design through free YouTube tutorials.
No fancy setup. No roadmap. Just a strong desire to figure things out.
By the end of 10th grade, I was working on small freelance projects.
Learning by doing. Failing often. Improving with every attempt.
I kept my academics going.
I cleared the NUST entry test, but due to some family responsibilities, I couldn’t join.
It was a setback, but not the end.
I got into UMT for Software Engineering, and during that time, I laid the foundation for something bigger: CyberX Innovations.
What started with one question has grown into a tech company delivering solutions to both national and international clients.
Today, I lead a stable and growing team.
We build products, solve real-world problems, and stay curious.
I didn’t wait for the right time or perfect conditions. I just started.
To anyone reading this:
Your background does not define your ceiling.
Sometimes, all it takes is one question to unlock the path ahead.
